imagine you can eat pasta that has a fairly similar texture to normal pasta but is much lighter and way harder to overeat, effectively solving the only problem with pasta which is that it's mad heavy & makes me feel much physically denser after i eat it. tastes good too. i eat brown rice pasta almost every night for dinner in some capacity and i love it

May I be so bold as to rec Red Lentil as an alternative that a) doesn’t disintegrate while cooking b) adds a sort of nice earthy flavor c) has all the benefits of lentils bc it’s literally only made of like lentil flour d) pls don’t shun me if you already tried this and hate it e) have a nice day

glitterlamb no i cannot stand chickpea pasta it fucking disintegrates every time i cook it or it just breaks when i try to eat it. brown rice pasta solves this issue
