Sleeping feels intentional in a long, flowy nightgown. As much as I loved the big t-shirt of yore, wearing one to bed now feels akin to flinging a sticky hand around in court. Trying not to live life by accident anymore and it’s manifesting in victorian nightgowns.
I live with my husband and baby daughter now and love it but I never get a chance to be home alone and I look back to my single days living alone and feel so grateful that I had a chance to do it.
You are going to go to so many places in roma/condesa. So my advice as a mexico city born and raised: go somewhere else too… Some things I would recommend doing:
- soccer game at either estadio azteca or CU
- centro histórico is a must and makes me crazy mad some people just don’t set foot there…
- xochimilco
- mercado de plantas de coyoacán
- some other classic/ beautiful neighborhoods to visit: narvarte, escandon, san rafael, santa maría la ribera and del valle. have fun!
