- I think affogatos were invented by someone a little bit drunk, because it is for me the easiest and smartest dessert ever. Also enjoy a good cheesecake and tea combo! - There are many Indian desserts I love (so long as we don't overdo it, because they are deathly sweet), like ras malai, gulab jamun and so on. My favourite in Indian desserts are the fresh milk sweets called barfi, of which there are always an assortment. And Gheear, which looks like jalebi, but is way way better, from the Sindh community.
- I od'd on baklawa some years ago, and only recently started liking them again hahaha - Palestinian knafeh is an absolute soul favourite, ever since a friend served us one straight from the oven. The best is home-made!
- In Taiwan, I really like the sweet douhua and grass jelly. There's a shop that makes it hot with a sweet ginger syrup, and you can add other toppings, so mine is always with sweet potato balls, peanuts and white fungus.

Pitchfork says: “The sprawling and spectacular Cindy Lee album is an essential trove of music. Each song is like a foggy transmission from a rock’n’roll netherworld with its own ghostly canon of beloved hits.” To me, just a really solid album of moody lo-fi goodness, reminiscent of e6 and the like.
