Recently became aware of the fact that I spend more time bathing in my phones light than actual sunlight. I decided to go lay in the sun not for the purpose of tanning but rather under a tree just to feel the suns warmth. When humans photosynthesize we donβt release our own food but we definitely release dopamine, a different and honestly more vital nourishment.
