Been doing yoga for 10 years and truly no practice has impacted me like this. Also called “hot 26 yoga,“ it ’s a focus on 26 main yoga poses in a hot room. Supposedly this is the most restorative version of yoga (buzzword!!). it really is wild, hard but also super effective!!! I took one class and thought about how I will try to do this sort of thing until the end of time
