this movie kinda fucked me up, reminded me of being young and feeling hella isolated/like nobody understands you but really it's a ubiquitous human feeling (lol at least for me) that has morphed and shifted but stayed with me into adulthood. anyway japanese ennui, digital camera & y2k vibes, incredible soundtrack and plot, i know the ppl of pi.fyi would love it.
This movie has biochemically rewired me into a different person, the soundtrack is played religiously and the overall vibe of the movie is so ethereal and is like a whole otherworldly expierence where you feel like you’re along side the main character. It’s also really relatable if you’re a highschool boy but regardless it’s genuinely one of my favorite films to watch.
I love the unique and weird cinematography and color palette and I could probably watch this movie 100 times over and still never get bored. Also it’s really indie so you can brag to your friends about how cool n esoteric you are.:3
watched it for the first time over the weekend and tbh i'm gonna need to watch it a couple more times as it's not the easiest movie to follow BUT it's been stuck in my head. the soundtrack and cinematography really impressed me, it felt like watching a fucked up dream
this food is here for me like nobody has ever been. it is so fucking delicious. siggi, la fermiere, or icelandic provisions. definitely i recommend placing it in ur bag and not paying for it as well.
