preferably in nature, by yourself or with someone you love. i try to do it at least once a year. for me it’s one of the best ways to reset and check in with myself. to look inside and zoom out at the same time, remember who i am and what’s important in my life. it always makes me feel refreshed, reconnected and reinspired
or just take a long hike or go camping without the medicine and it’ll still work wonders!
