my favorite time of day is whenever i'm in my bed and cozy, and melatonin makes the whole experience more copacetic, plus i get very vivid and memorable dreams
I am addicted, I am obsessed, that bear is my everything. I tried to switch to melatonin gummies and they suck if your goal is trying to have fun dreams and not like, trying to sleep (and don’t tell me that’s a bad reason to be taking melatonin, I don’t care!!). When I drink sleeptime +melatonin I knock tf out and enter the silliest dream land possible and I really can’t recommend it enough. I’m finishing a mug rn so good night world, let’s hope for some fun dreams tonight 😴
followed by opening up all my windows to let the cool air in. If it’s cold enough I’ll make a little tea. Then I jammify and lounge/read/listen to podcast all while brushing my teeth (and flossing 💪) and getting ready for bed. Eventually I do sudokus in bed until my eyes start to cross
