Itβs a mezcal-like spirit made in the Chihuahuan desert (N Mex, W Tex), that I find to be smoother and with less of the alcohol bite than mezcal, which makes for easier and tastier sipping.
Try it with soda or on its own over ice.
Crisp. on the sweeter side, full-bodied, with excellent minerality and suggestions of sun-soaked afternoons. Best served chilled. I personally prefer the can. Pairs perfectly with a $5 burrito from your local taco truck.
