whether someone does it for you or you do it yourself, it signifies a reset. and quite literal regrowth. Everyone knows you are infinitely hotter in the days following a haircut. You are humble enough to seek change, strong enough to endure it, confident enough to adopt it and make it your own. I did that shit today. i have two under two and i’ve never felt more vulnerable or in love with the world despite the calamities! i’ve never had more empathy or patience or compassion for all living things! i’m also so tired and hormonal rn so don’t make any rash decisions but so far it’s working for me ☆
ps. pregnancy and labor and delivery physically went very smoothly for me. i had freaky ppd the first time around but so far this time is just overwhelmingly wonderful?? results may vary.
