taking care of yourself is sexy, live music is sexy, taking care of your hearing WHILE listening to live music is extremely sexy (i forgot my ear plugs last night can you tell i was suffering a bit)
sola my original earplugs i bought awhile back lived in my “concert” bag but when i switched bags i lost them somewhere and my heart breaks every day for them (i got ones with a case i can attach to my keys now!)
I used to think I didn’t like live music (which was kind of a bummer as a literal musician) but then I went to one wearing earplugs and sat down. turned out I just don’t like standing up for hours surrounded my deafening nouse!
theclack you’re a trendsetter honestly for preserving your hearing. the number of concerts and what not i’ve gone to has increased drastically over the past year so it is def needed (i originally had a pair and then lost them but now my eardrums are safe-ish)
um yeah i love live music but i’m starting to notice my hearing going bad 😭 i thought ear plugs were dorky but actually?? they make you very sexy and beautiful. im not gonna plug any specific brand … haha get it … but you can get them in lots of cute colors and styles and customize them and honestly at this point i don’t even care if they’re ugly because the feeling of leaving a concert without tinnitus is IMMACULATE
Wearing ear plugs is hot and carrying them with me all the time makes me feel even hotter. It signals you're an experienced show-goer and know a thing or two about music. You know your way around a venue and you like to hear people when they flirt with you. Buy earplugs with a nice little case or some custom ones. Put them in your pocket or bag when you go out to dinner or to meet up with people because you're an exciting person who leaves the house and never knows when they will return.
on a VERY big cyanotype kick lately so I have been plotting and tinkering and wanted to make myself something special and unique so I captured the essence of girlhood aka dumped the contents of my tote bag and printed it ONTO the bag (is this meta - also pls ignore the bleed this is literally only my fifth time doing this)
submitted some of my photo stuff in for an exhibition and I AM ACTUALLY NOW PART OF THE EXHIBITION shook to say the least and fighting off imposter syndrome since finding out but i’m over the fucking moon fr
