Grief is fickle and hard to predict. I’m learning it’s best to let the wave run it’s course rather than fight Because if you fight, you may get caught in the undertow. Everything will come back if you’re patient
I’m trying to practice not being so insane all the time. trying to live in a world where I have a thought and then let it go into the void like a sweet butterfly that I’ve noticed and honored. This is hard and I hate it but i must believe it will pay off in time or what’s the point
like water off a duck’s back! i just get constantly pummeled with words i am unsure are intended to break me and my fragile brain but like just gotta let that shit slide off so you can make it thru the day
