I know it’s a fad, but I, like many people got addicted to my hydro flask because it’s like a small R2-D2 type droid that reminds you to drink water all day. I was inseparable from mine for the last tour. The sippy lid is an absolute must or else you will spill water all over yourself and your keyboard.

personally i have a 40oz hydroflask that i love with a straw lid, but any vacuum insulated bottle will work just as good, probably. i'm into adding ice to keep it cold all day and lemon or lime juice to make it delicious-er and scam me into drinking more. the straw lid is integral to the scam tho, imo. no lid unscrewing.

it can hold cold OR warm liquids and insulates really well! they come in multiple sizes and lids but i like 32oz because i basically have to drink two fills a day and that’s easy to remember (and i prefer spout lid bc it’s easier to clean than the straw one imo). in terms of other hydration tips i like the app “waterllama” (lol) for reminders and tracking my water intake, & if i don’t want just “plain” water i’ll also have an herbal non-caff tea or a seltzer during the day :)

There are SO many great series out here these days, and this isn’t anything new or groundbreaking, but I’ve been watching Adventure Time since I was a little kid- I have watched it in full dozens of times at least.
I’m amazed every viewing at how I am able to understand new profound themes along with new levels of silliness.
The creator is basically a genius and I think it’s one of the most beautiful and underrated cartoons everrrrr

I’ve been obsessed with this app that identifies birdies based on their calls and songs!
It’s incredible how many different birds are in my yard at different times of day.
I’m so excited to use it while traveling too🙌
