Getting cold

The feeling of getting cold is one of the most physically engaging sensations. I hate being cold for a long time but initially, it makes me hyperaware and clears my mind Waking up in the winter months and going outside first thing, whether it be to get breakfast or for a walk, benefits my daily routine

Letting yourself be cold for a few minutes before grabbing a blanket

I’m very prone to the cold, and I shaved my legs tonight and this seems to have made me much more cold! I’m in shorts too. So I’ve been a fair bit cold all night, but I think they’re nice things to being cold. Being cold can rock!

Constantly checking out books from the library

i have 9 out right now and in no world am i finishing all 9 of them (including a 500 page oral history of the soviet union and like a 550 page one about the manson murders). but i really love checking books out, really satisfies some sort of innate consumer impulse in me. and i love having books around me.
