Whenever i feel the sickness coming I always feel like drinking water is not enough and I don’t mean drink a soda or something. I usually get pocari sweat it helps replenishing ions and electrolytes in your body I actually don’t know what that means but it’s healthy and good for u. A lemon water with cucumber in it could work too. And lastly just rest and be gentle to yourself, tell your mom even assuming you have a decent relationship with her she would love to take care of you.
