When I was younger, I would flirt with just about everyone. I think there are different levels to flirting, and it doesnât always have to be infused with sexual energy. Now that I spend so much of my day with kids both at home and at work, I am definitely not in a flirty kind of energy. But, I am very playful! I think a lot of flirting involves being playful. I need to be intentional about creating space for that with my husband because I do feel like that part of me needs to be fed.
In general I feel like the younger generation is healthier than I was at that age in some ways. Maybe thatâs a reach, but I wonder if people worry about being respectful, having consent, not being creepy etc to the extreme. Just a wondering, not a fleshed out theory.
