Dead dead demon's dededede destruction

This is a 12 volume manga by Inio Asano. I'm not a big manga reader & consider myself highly selective. This was one of the best & most beautiful series I've ever read. A love letter to imageboard culture alongside exploration of diverse human responses to horrific circumstances that can't be understood even as they happen to you and those you love. Sympathy, empathy, pity. Aliens and teen girls trying to cope. I believe it's getting an anime adaptation soon, which I hope will be well done and impactful. I don't know, it just really stuck with me.

Is this a manga or the bible?

I'm barely on chapter 44 of Billy Bat from Naoki Urasawa but I wasn't expecting this story at all, accompanied with the amazing artwork it's impossible for me not to be glued to the manga. It cracks my brain in a good way, 11/10.

I have a cigar I play with and put in my mouth for funny photos or to just mess around with. I don't smoke it and I don't even have a cigar cutter it just feels fun to play mafia.

Incredibly fun heist film, and the first by Wes Anderson! Honestly think it's one of his best too.
