Why do I find this so sweet idk. But it’s like they’re giving you a little boost for when they’re not around anymore. Same with when they like offer to take your full trash downstairs when they leave. Just lil fake adults helping each other along
When they call you or break down or say they don’t wanna get into it but can’t help it and pour it all out and you have just the right things to say cause it’s obvious
You probably won’t even know you need it but then a pal will sneak in and do something that helps you out. Big moves to those friends. Make sure you’re a quality bud to someone else in the future.
Doesn’t really matter the reason. I’ve had people unexpectedly do this for me when I’ve gone through rough periods and I try to do the same now. like damn that lasagna or whatever meant so much. and when people are really down in the dumps it helps so much to be around people so take em out somewhere. Remind them what life/the world has to offer cause it’s easy to forget.

-Look up from phone on bridges/around bodies of water
-Headphones actively taken out when there are buskers, street performers, preachers
-Phone fully powered off during movies
-Phone stays in pocket at concert
-Exchange phone number with a crush instead of Instagram
-No more than 2 cameras on a person blowing their bday candles out
-If you have find my friends only use it for emergencies No problem with cyborg behavior tho if you’re owning it
