recently i realized i donβt need as much sleep as i thought i feel totally fine with 7ish when previously i was convinced i needed more in the 8-10 range i wake up feeling tired either way so why not get a few hours back in my day?
Just one night on a hotel bed is healing. I think all the best sleeps of my life have been in hotel beds. As I thought about it more, I either have a terrible bed (itβs a memory foam) or it has sucked in every single one of my problems over the years and now feels like it.
