of the works that have influenced my daily life and how I think about art I wouldn’t say its number one (more indebted to his successors and predecessors, Mark Fisher and so on), but ”Postmodernism” beyond being extremely compelling about the state of art also happens to be one of the most beautiful works written in English, the fusion of critical writing and prose. the political unconscious is also great too, underrated as hell, and if you like international cinema it’s a must-read

doing my readings and every time i just come back and think about this essay. probably one of the few things in my entire undergrad that stuck out to me.
