shrink your sweater
I got a second hand 90s Uniqlo wool turtleneck sweater and I was so excited to wear it all the time but then I managed to shrink it in the wash (even on low 😢) but now it’s a little crop and it’s still cute, perhaps I can convince myself it’s actually cuter that before?

and it has buttons on the shoulder and the neck isnt elastic so it wont stretch out

GETTING CREATIVE
i love this secondhand abercrombie cardigan of mine bc the sleeves and pockets are perfect. the original sparkly buttons were super loose though and two got lost. there was no way i was getting rid of it but i refused to buy a whole pack of new buttons just to match the old ones so i looked in my button archive and picked two random ones for a trinket moment. it has even more character now <3
