Calling service numbers can be a bummer but once I finally get hold of someone who might be able to help me. I throw in some chitchat, and they can turn out to be incredible nice and... human!

I miss the rotary phone and the allure of not knowing who was calling. I also love hearing people react to something and sometimes I cannot be bothered to look at my face in the FaceTime window!! To best replicate that I love calling someone out of the blue to say hi!!! in order to best delve into calling it’s important to increase the volume and frequency of calls in the first few months so that you don’t stress anyone out with fear of bad news. once that’s all through you’re in business girlypop! The other day I called someone and we chatted for 40 mins just telling stories and giggling and this is what life is about I’d say!!!

I've found myself at a major decision point in my life and I haven't been able to decide what I want for myself, so I decided to call an old work friend for advice. We hadn't spoken in years despite floating in the same professional circles and sharing many mutual froends, so I was fairly nervous to give him a call after so long. He was so excited to be able to provide me guidance and really cleared a lot up in my mind. I knew he'd be the one to have the most helpful things to say for my situation, I'm glad I got over myself and made the call. having been on the other end of this as well, I can confidently say nothing feels better in a friendship than having the privilege of guiding those you care about. relationships are built on support, asking for it will make you closer than anything else ever could.

calling people is nice, it gets you out of the dystopian neck-break of looking at your phone all day - put that thing to your ears and call me! talking is human!

The puffin is the latest addition to more than 180 known species—many of them sharks, corals, and other marine animals—that emit a luminous glow. The fact that so many marine animals biofluoresce "tells us organisms are using light in ways we don't even see," John Sparks, curator of fishes at the American Museum of Natural History in New York City.

Python! Honestly very hard for me to get into - I have ZERO coding knowledge and nothing I could really latch onto - knowledge transfer is how I learn. But https://futurecoder.io/ is great (after lots of Redditing)

I read that happiness is when your expectations falls below the reality. A new mind project for April. Good prognosis.
