I love breakfast it’s my favorite meal of the day. But sometimes before I get out of bed I realize I don’t have enough in the fridge to make something worthy and I develop pre-breakfast dread. My solution: make a little batch of muffins. Everything you need you already have most likely, w the basic recipe you add whatever you want to it and it took me maybe 30min total and brought me so much JOY Breakfast dread cured

It sets me off on the right path for the day When I finish eat breakfast and I’m full I notice I don’t get the nighttime munchies. I take it as an opportunity to get more protein for the day. Also I love this ritual of taking time in the morning to prepare myself a nice feast 🥰
