life is literally just existing, do it how you want too. when I find myself thinking too hard about how I’m presenting myself I try mentally slapping my self out of it by remembering that I’ll never see most of these people again. if I do see them again I remind myself I want them to know me as myself not as a person I curated for them. It’s never that serious, so all we got do is have fun dance and be in the moment.

When you think about it, nothing really matters.
In 100 years nothing in your actual life will be important no matter what you do so why not just do it right ?
Why should we feel embarrassed or afraid ?
99% of the people you see during the day, you never see them again.
Today i took my ass off bed and took my bike and rode over 20 km for an hour and 34 minutes, during the ride i slipped down and over 4 cars saw me laying down in the pavement lol, but did it matter who saw me and what they thought ?

I took my bike again and continued like nothing happened (no injuries whatsoever)
Thinking of this situation months ago would made me feel so embarrassed and even change the road to not be seen by the people who saw me fall lol.
Not anymore, so yeah :)
Dont wanna go to work ? Dont :) so what ?
Dont wanna talk to someone ? Dont :)
Wanna take ur bags and travel ? Do it
Wanna make an art piece with zero knowledge? Do it :)

Get an ugly haircut. Dye it a wild color. Wear ridiculous clothes. Do bad makeup. Start hormones without telling anyone. Take yourself on dates. Dance with your friends. Compliment old people. Make art even if it's bad. Hide notes in public places for people to find. There's so much bad in the world!!! Have fun, do good, be who you want

I will fail to explain just how much this band meant to me in the 90s.
So I will borrow from AV Club who did a fine job of distilling it:
“Unwound is the best band of the ’90s. Not just because of how prolific, consistent, and uncompromising it was, but because of how perfectly Unwound nested in a unique space between some of the most vital forms of music that decade: punk, post-rock, indie rock, post-hardcore, slow-core, and experimental noise. That jumble of subgenres doesn’t say much; in fact, it falls far short of what Unwound truly synthesized and stood for. Unwound stood for Unwound. But in a decade where most bands were either stridently earnest or stridently ironic, Unwound wasn’t stridently anything. It was only itself. In one sense Unwound was the quietest band of the ’90s, skulking around like a nerdy terror cell. In another sense it was the loudest, sculpting raw noise into contorted visions of inner turmoil and frustration.”
