I don't think a lot of people consider their speaking voice on a regular basis, but how we carry our vocal chords (pitch, amount of vocal fry, placement, etc) is just as much a self expression as the clothes we wear. People assume so many things about you based on your voice, and they change over time.
Before a big meeting or a social engagement or just as a morning routine, consider starting your day with some light vocal exercises to make you sound confident & clear. turns out, ppl will want to listen to you more!!!

a good way to practice working with your equipment, DAW, and mixing and experiment with it without having to think about your original music. really helped me get familiar with what i was working with and find settings i like, and it opened a lot of doors creatively because i wasn’t thinking about my own songwriting and production

This is what I call it hahahah made by mums everywhere but the greased up version is sold along stalls in Mumbai. Two regular slices of white bread, buttered, and the middle filling is cream cheese with red onions, coriander/cilantro, tomatoes and some minced chillis. All veggies chopped mini cube size so they blend with the cheese. Toasted crispy.
