A family run place in Crown Heights that I believe is on the less expensive side. They are very nice, super fast (they’ll send you the scans the same day or maybe the next day) and good at what they do (as far as I can tell, I am not experienced). They also answer my dumb questions as best they can
Framing artwork can be so expensive and seem like a scam. FrameArt in Bushwick was more affordable than trendy new online framing services, and they did a great job. The owner Tommy is such a character, he takes pride in his work and loves to chat. Always worth making a human connection and supporting local businesse!
I had no idea where to go for a piercing in Brooklyn — then I got referred to The End is Near in Park Slope & had an awesome experience.
