What they don't want you to know about that paywall is that you can get the viral New York Mag article or whatever on the Libby app. Having a library card is very dope for many reasons but especially because I don't have to pay for the New Yorker or the Paris Review

Did you know that you can check out books from the library and read them on your phone?? Or a Kindle? (Superior experience IMO) And if you live in New York you can have THREE library cards at once and put holds on books at the Queens, Brooklyn, and New York branches to see which comes available first or simply scour all three for an old, dusty, rare read? Itโs the best!

On brand for Library Week! Been enjoying browsing the magazine catalogue! Very low stakes and almost all digital versions are available for whatever magazines are available based on the library you have a library card for! Love the library so much ๐ซถ๐ป

I donโt know if people are aware that you can easily borrow ebooks and audiobooks through your public library using this app. Also, I just recommend the library in general.
