order a dark n stormy at the bar. it is the off putting perfume of cocktails. it’s delicious and not too sweet or too bitter. it’s the perfect balance.
occasionally the bartender doesn’t know what it is. but that’s okay because it’s just a moscow mule with dark rum (not spiced) instead of vodka. so you’re not like annoyingly secret menuing someone.
also it will make your inner 19 year old, who didn’t know what drinks to order to make herself seem like an adult, proud.
