I don't remember the model name but you could attach little charms at the end and was one of those that you could take photos with. I lost it in a rickshaw on Valentines Day in Bangalore/Bengalaru, and I'm still a little bummed by it.
I don't think about it as much any more but it was a customised bracelet with charms my friends gave me at the time that i deeply loved (blue turquoise skull, a little silver dice etc etc). I lost it on a playground while goofing off as a teen unfortunately, and I searched the whole park for months but never saw it again.
In terms of replacements, nah. It's of its' own time and place (memory-wise).
A victorian locket made with braided human hair and seed pearls, a photograph of someone's pet bunny I found in an old abandoned manor, a small unlabelled vial of perfume whose origins remain a mystery to me, dried four leaf clovers in my opaque phone case that nobody knows are there except me, small piece of unidentified shiny mineral that i mined as a child by smashing rocks with a hammer until said piece was unearthed...
There are countless others...
Do you guys remember these from the 2000s? I dug mine up a couple years ago and itβs so fun to wear and think about the 10-year-old girl that curated those charms
Sometimes you try your best and everything seems to hit the fan no matter how much you try, so you take that raincheck and take yourself out for a day.
This is what I call it hahahah made by mums everywhere but the greased up version is sold along stalls in Mumbai. Two regular slices of white bread, buttered, and the middle filling is cream cheese with red onions, coriander/cilantro, tomatoes and some minced chillis. All veggies chopped mini cube size so they blend with the cheese. Toasted crispy.
