just like the rest of us, sometimes our favorite leafy greens need a little TLC. I can’t say I understand the science of this but i can immediately taste unloved kale
it’s perfect massaged with shaved parmesan lemon and olive oil in a salad or wilted with butter garlic and lots and lots of lemon juice and salt! tasty side
Worst: beets
Like a less gross version of those people who floss cram for the dentist. Really overdo it once you realize you haven’t had a non-gluten meal in recent memory.
Currently cramming via kale, that fancy style broccoli with the leaves, and whatever else Hungryroot puts in their stir fry. With some shrimp for company. Course correction 14/10.
