Its currently winter where I am and when I tell you there's nothing like a plate of steaming sadza with some veg and protein on a plate with a questionable flower pattern? I must confess that I also eat it in the summer, but in the winter it is the ultimate comfort food. Remember to find your local sadza place when its winter, I promise you a local sadza place exists wherever you are!
