Lymphatic drainage paddle and dry brushing before shower
goated combo I don’t know if I believe in its supposed circulatory and lymphatic powers but it feels great. Unfortunately haven’t done this since my dog ate both of these tools. I don’t know if I’m ready to pick it back up only to have my heart broken all over again ❤️‍🩹

I went through this whole arc with total passionate enthusiasm YES I should do that !! I need it and then YES I had those tools and I lost them or destroyed them somewhere along the line 🤦‍♀️

Gua sha in the shower
It works and its more time efficient than doing it when you wash your face. i use a titanium (?) one but I think anything would work. make sure you open up your lymph nodes first though, a tik tok taught me that.

My dad teases me about how when I was a little kid, my favorite thing to do when I was on the landline phone with somebody—be it a relative or one of my best friends—was to breathlessly describe the things that were in my bedroom so that they could have a mental picture of everything I loved and chose to surround myself with, and where I sat at that moment in time. Perfectly Imperfect reminds me of that so thanks for always listening and for sharing with me too 💌
