Always keep tahini in the fridge! It's so good obviously for hummus, diluted with lemon juice, salad dressings, hot pot dips, mixed with spicy chili crisp, cookies, everything.

Live laugh olive paste. I don't even know if this is italian, but it's mediterranean for sure. Also, not many people love olives but maybe the majority do. It's a good spread for starters/appetizers. You need black olives, olive oil and vinegar, garlic, and herbs of choice (oregano for example). Then just mash em together, that's what I do. You can also get store bought olive paste, they're not that bad.
