you gotta get this stuff. not enough of it can literally cause cancer. “they” want you on your grindset so you feel like shit and are easily manipulated to “their” will. no way. a sub-rec here is to take a really small dose of melatonin like 1mg because most of the gummies are really over dosed.
I am addicted, I am obsessed, that bear is my everything. I tried to switch to melatonin gummies and they suck if your goal is trying to have fun dreams and not like, trying to sleep (and don’t tell me that’s a bad reason to be taking melatonin, I don’t care!!). When I drink sleeptime +melatonin I knock tf out and enter the silliest dream land possible and I really can’t recommend it enough.
