Lately I've been feeling very anxious, so instead of being on my phone I've done breathing exercises in my car. I feel refreshed and weirdly grateful whenever I do it.
Breath work always calms me down before anything nerve wracking so I‘d say look up some easy ones to do on YouTube before you go on your date.
