chobani extra creamy oat milk is my fav alt milk, oatly oat milk is a close second! and occasionally when im feeling goofy ill buy locally made chocolate milk. the kind that comes in a glass jug? truly unbeatable.
Ugh this is so sad bc I had to stop buying a yummy bev whenever I wanted bc I’m trying to be responsible I guess and the only reason I’m still in this battle is bc this creamer is DELISH. Shoutout chobani for their work with dairy. Sorry if any lactose sensitive ppl feel excluded Im lowkey switching back to cow milk…but that’s a diff journey.
Okay, so at this point I don't think I have to cover bases on what Oatly is. For those who aren't familiar, it's probably the most hyped oat milk brand out there right now. BUT, let me tell you about the barista edition, this shit hits different for frothing and iced lattes. It's a lot thicker than the regular Oatly milk you're probably used to, but I honestly think it might be better than real milk. It also goes super well with baked goods if it isn't too thick for you. Another plus is that this stuff can be shipped and doesn’t have to be refrigerated until it’s opened.
mooala banana milk is the best alt milk there is, i wish i had known about it sooner. it’s best for coffee and smoothies but it’s also so good on its own, and i just found out they make a chocolate flavor!!!

this is my go to rainy day/feeling bleh meal. it’s creamy, cheesy, a little meaty and you still get some greens. plus it’s easy to throw together so it requires minimal brain power.
preheat oven to 400 F (sry if you’re not american)
pick your favorite vegetable. if you choose something big like zucchini, butternut squash, sweet potato, etc., cut it into 1 inch cubes. place your veggies on a lined baking sheet, then hit ’em with the old one two.
ONE: drizzle with olive oil
TWO: sprinkle with salt and pepper
use a rubber spatula or your hands to coat everything evenly. cook time depends on your veggie, but probably somewhere in the 20 min zone. pull them out when they start getting crispy. voila! simple, healthy, tasty veggies. asparagus, green beans, brussel sprouts, carrots, broccolini…like truly the options are endless.
