I’m a big art lover but photography is one of my blind spots so I love this whole thread for recs!!
Bresson was always my dad’s favorite photographer and I love his use of cheeky humor and the composition of his images. The historian in me loves peering back into daily life in such a candid way, they almost feel like stills from a Goddard movie.
