Severance - ling ma
dystopian/post-apoc easy read! I donโ€™t read a ton of books in that genre, but found it really compelling or Bliss Montage, also by Ling Ma, is a great short stories collection. sometimes short stories are the best way for me to break out of a reading slump ๐ŸคŒ

Bliss Montage - Ling Ma
Absolutely loved this uncanny collection of short stories. Ling Ma creates depth and discomfort in her characters so well, and creeps up on you with narratives thatโ€™ll leave you thinking. Severance (her novel) was also one of my favorite reads last year.

It really tingles the brain when you read a good story. I like short stories, memoirs and surrealism. and science fiction. Short stories by Tsjechov Elephant vanishes by Murakami Exhalation by Ted Chiang What do you recommend?
