Harold and Maude (1971) House (1977) Blue Velvet (1986) Rushmore (1998) Triangle of Sadness (2022) PS I loved The Piano Teacher and it also made me cry for several days after watching it and it helped me realize I needed to be back in therapy. Amazing movie I will never watch it again.

what dreams may come (1998)

the only movie that has made me sob the entire time. i watched it when i was younger & it changed me spiritually. the beautiful film is abt depression, suicide, loss, & the afterlife. it changed the way i thought abt religion & life after death. i cant rec it enough u have to watch it!!

IT WILL PASS

What has helped me is being aware that the process hurts no matter what. And also be aware that at some point it will stop hurting, to know that if it is something that you can no longer control you must let go, and from there, continue with your life, focus on yourself! New experiences bring new thoughts, you just have to stay distracted and everything will pass.
