Plus if you have small feet (like me) insoles can help you fake that a cute shoe actually fits.
as stupid and expensive as they are they are an absolute necessity. getting orthotic inserts reopened a world of walking everywhere all the time again sans seemingly perpetual pain. i travelled this summer and legitimately i was most worried about getting my shoes stolen (whether logical or not) cause i´d be a mess without my inserts.
shitty thing is that they don’t fit into all shoes so a shoe choice in the morning takes a lot more thought now
Big Shoe wants to scrunch your feet into narrow shoes, don't let them win. buy some wide shoes, splay them doggies, use toe spacers.. take care of your feet!!!
