That’s what I use for all of my social media videos. They have a iPad version (what I primarily use to edit longer videos for Reels), an iPhone version, and a desktop version. I’ve also used Kapwing recently and that’s been great as well.

soo user friendly! there's a mobile version on the app store and ofc mac and pc etc. good for short and long form stuff! i had premiere pro for free as a student but then i graduated so i found that capcut worked for me the best and it's also just way easier to use than premiere pro and has so many features actually

I once worked in a professional marketing department and we used capcut quite a bit, esp for putting together quick videos. there’s a web and app version and both are pretty good! I would consider it kind of like the canva of video editing in that it’s very user friendly and has a surprising amount of free features. canva also allows you to put together videos but I’d only use it for very basic stuff, the more involved the more finnecky it tends to be. but for simple putting clips together, maybe adding a graphic here and there, it works pretty well too.

Perfect platform for video editors for collaboration and getting feedback from commenters and clients. You upload the video onto the platform and those with access to it can comment on each frame down to the second and even draw for additional and clearer explanation. It saves so much time, makes collaboration easier, communication clearer, etc. Its great.

I live in Chicago! Depending on where you're staying, there's a bunch of cool things to do as Chicago is a city of neighborhoods. Wicker Park and Logan Square are popular neighborhoods to check out and they're on the cheaper end. California Clipper, Rainbo Club, and Common Decency are bars that are worth checking out. I know that Common Decency has a happy hour 4-6pm 7 days a week. If you're into movies, check out the Music Box Theatre! It's a 95 year old arthouse movie theatre in the Southport Corridor/Lakeview neighborhood that shows independent and second run films. Speaking of Lakeview, Clark Street is pretty popular if you're going to check out Wrigley Field! There are bars up and down the block so you won't need to walk far to find a place to drink at for cheap. If you need any more ideas or recommendations, let me know!
