coat it in some cornflour first, add any seasonings you want and fry in shallow olive oil until golden brown or melty and crispy. way better than fried halloumi imo 🙌🏽 eat while crispy and warm by itself, with some condiments or serve in a salad as a crouton replacement 🩷
