i still go on there sometimes when I need to be in a safe and familiar online location, when I need to soothe my soul. The userbase is shockingly active, and mostly grownups at this point. There are new storylines and new updates every once and a while. neopets is really alive and well.

Habitica is my fave. I use it every year or so when I feel like my life has fallen apart and I'm getting back on track. It's very user friendly, has an app and is also good on browser/computer, and is just sweet and simple. No ads (afaik) and a really sweet community. If you like silly little games where you can collect things (weapons, pets, mounts, outfits), it's great.

This isn’t original but I love how sweet it is. Everything iscute, everyone is kind, everyone runs like they’refour years old.
It tries to teach us how to live a happy life: you talk to friends, you do some chores, you’re generous and do kind things.
(This is basically where I am with therapy right now)
