So many different versions of this exist, so feel free to find whatever one suits you, personally I like Eric Wareheimβs version from Foodheim which I donβt see online anywhere. Great relatively easy dinner for cold nights. Basic idea is a stew with italian sausage links, garlic, crushed tomatoes, rosemary, pieces of pecorino romano, a splash of lemon juice, and the white beans and some of their liquid simmered for like 30-40 mins. Grate a little more fresh pecorino romano, drizzle some olive oil on top, serve and with some fresh baked bread, mamma mia!
