at least once a month i have a dnd- do nothing day. i don’t drive, i dont think about work, i don‘t change out of my pajamas. i just don‘t! it’s my escape from toxic productivity. i put in on the calendar and it is my religion

Actually noticing the time I deny/grant myself. When I could go jogging, for a walk, yoga, Ori. Decline, decline, decline. When I could sit and work for hours on one thing after another. Accept, push, accept.
Am I only worthy when serving others? Wtf? Can I buy my own time back?
Anyway, I worked a 12 hour day yesterday, mid vacation and ran a ton of errands and I'm somehow here now. With 4 days left. I'm going to do my nails later, anyway.
Why does it feel so hard to enjoy life? 🥺 De-program this bs. These manmade problems are not my nature.
Taking this tiny pocket of time for me. Minnnnnnnnne. Mine mine.
