this channel was recommended to me about 7 years ago by a friend and I watch it regularly to this day. if and when there is a time to wind down, to disengage, to get truly cozy, this is my ultimate recommendation. a focused, labor intensive process made ambient by the miracle of editing, watching this guy clean a painting with a q tip is visual sleepytime tea but also a very interesting process to tap into when not sleepy. run don‘t walk.

Late 20s but still don’t know what i wanna do and it’s ok

My 20s has been spent on developing myself as a grown kid outta high school becoming a young independent adult, turning 20 doesn’t have to mean that a perfect life should be sorted out for you. It means that you have more independence and capacity to forge your own life, at your own pace, even if it will take until your 30s. After all, we’re all forms of ephemeral art

Sitting in nature by myself, taking in my surroundings through all my senses

Sometimes I just need a break from the hustle and bustle of life and to sit on the grass or bench in a quiet park. Listening to the leaves rustling in the breeze and the birds tweeting brings about a sense of calming throughout my body that feels so recharging for my soul.
