I usually buy plants and flowers already somewhat mature. But got these $1 marigold seeds from the hardware store and they sprouted within 7 days. Now I spend mornings checking on my babies. proud mama!
A friend gave me this clown amaryllis for the holidays and it was such a delight to find a bulb vase for this guy and watch him grow big and strong and eventually bloom in our window. I didn't even know you could do that! What a delight! Plants are wild! Fantastic gift.
