Going for a run or walk helps to get all of the fire out... I also imagine something like solo kickboxing being insanely satisfying for it
(Honourable mention: Chaotic painting on a big canvas)
you can try variety of sports while being solo honestly:
- cycling (the best thing to do with music on, morning tours are the best)
- walking
- running
- swimming (free swim and you will barely feel time + swim helps you build muscles everywhere without a βsweatβ)
- martial art club
- dance
Walk. Jog. Run. Whatever works for you. Itβs been a great physical goal (but also mental) to work towards the marathon. Iβm constantly sore but I find myself more aware of my bodyβs needs and it feels like I think more clearly and itβs been a blast. Plus running in new parks in great. Idk. Be more active!
This is literally the only way that has worked for my body and mind in a healthy way β be a little silly with your friends, hone a skill (like kicking or shooting or hitting a ball with a stick) and the running is just along for the ride (also good that you get a little sprint and a jog in and can sometimes be exercising for like 2 hours without even thinking about it)
