as an ADHD girly, I love my capacity to be interested in virtually anything, but that invariably leads to analysis paralysis when Iβm deciding what to do. So I use an app (tiny decisions) and a website (pickerwheel) to make those decisions for me! Decisions are made AND Iβve made it into a game for myself! π₯
