this is my spring playlist and I tried to capture the feeling a laying out in a field, photosynthesizing while the flowers bloom all around you with each song
it’s finally starting to feel like spring here and i pulled up my seasonal playlist i made a few years ago, which i always come back to every year when spring starts approaching. as much as i get sad that winter is ending (sue me), there’s something about seeing fresh blossoms floating in the wind and hearing the chirps of birdsong through open windows while listening to a playlist that feels so quintessentially spring.
no idea what sparked this but i just had a random meltdown over baseball. the next note after this one was also abt baseball so i think i was just going thru something
one of the best concept albums of all time. follows a young woman named Ethel Cain (the character, not the artist) as she encounters various men and eventually meets her violent death at the hands of one of the men. truly visceral and even disturbing at some parts but so so good, really recommend giving it a listen
